THe roundabout road is very dusty. Very irresponsible YTL for not pouring water on it and just let its lorries go though. JMB also seem to be doing nothing.

At this location,
At this price,
Can't understand why the sales is still slow.
To me, Midfield location is as good as Taman Desa,
Without need to wait for traffic light,
You can access to Major highway.

Probably YTL didn't appoint agency to promote.
Still confident like good old day lining up at Starhill to buy their property.

Ya I think so. Their own sales team never hard sale or promote their property at all. I also just realized actually they are giving 4 units of air con (brand not specified) and 1 heater in master bathroom. They never use this point to promote their sales as well. smile.gif

Slow sales is mostly caused by the property market is slowing down...what I observed most of the purchaser is genuine buyer, so not much investor come to "fry" it tongue.gif

coz of the high tension cable?

as highlighted by some post, phase 1 price also do not appreciate much.

From what I understand,
Phase 1 initial selling price was average at RM220K,
Upon CCC that time, many sold it for RM400-430k.
Phase 1 is the one making the most if brought direct from developer, but not subsale....

I guess phase 1 was selling around 2009/2010? Just right when property start booming.
At that time, majority of the projects in KV has handsome gain. Facing HTC or facing highway all also kena sapu in few days.

Now not sure why last phase don't have BBB mode anymore.

Kv property price rise in 2011 and 2014 was an exceptional event, fallout of u.s qe.

One of the reason is phase 1, a lot of people can't imagine what will it look like after overall completion.

BUT NOW, the last phase, a lot of investors knowing earlier phase 2 also cannot make much, and in overall, the density is quite High.

This may be one of the reason....
