Need to understand that overall Midfield development are divided into 3p hases.

Regarding carpark allocation and planning, it have been confirmed the total TLK during initial planning back to Year 2009 before Master plan and KM is approved.

Therefore, YTL will not simply increase the total TLK to boost their sales as it will affected the overall layout massing by providing additional carpark.

Providing those air-conditioning or home appliance can still be plan right up to before each and individual parcel is launch...

Therefore, there is no such thing that cheaper option or save cost...

Developer can build more cp rite if they want to...
But not provide lesser than compulsory...

So if they want to give each household 3cps right from the start instead of aircond...rhey can do so rite?

For sure no problem.

By the way, the cost 1 carpark within K valley is already cost 20-25k for developers.

Midfield is stand alone carpark which will cost slightly less in term of construction cost but is higher in term of development cost....(need to factor in the land cost)

Back to the reality to owners always prefer extra cps than other freebies.

But developer always prefer other freebies than extra cp...bcos cp is more expensive

Cp was opened for sale around 80+ units 2 mths ago. 20k and and 25k for single and tandem. I think fully sold. Blk F buyers only have one cp and it means there are still many 200+ owners in blk F with only one cp. The latest blk E are mostly 3cp, therefore the current price of 550-580k in blk E is really cheap. Btw air con cost is not significant compared with car park cost.

Cheap property don't complain so much loh haha. 3 car park space really superb deal already. I rather walk further than letting my car park outside of the road like some midfields 1 owners loh. So kesian.

Went to sales gallery today, plan to buy 1 unit for investment purpose.
Check on midfields 1 rental market, seem around 1.6k to 1.8k only. Anyone know is Midfields area easy to rent out? Seem like SG Besi oso oversupply now.

My neighbour renting mid level partial furnished + renovated unit for RM2.1k. Occupancy in the condo is around 89% now, which is not too bad actually.

Is common..
If not under HDA, CP is requirements to built, but not requirements to provide,
As such, many developer choose to sell and even at loss,
Will also increase their GDV.
