I guess phase 1 was selling around 2009/2010? Just right when property start booming.
At that time, majority of the projects in KV has handsome gain. Facing HTC or facing highway all also kena sapu in few days.

Now not sure why last phase don't have BBB mode anymore.

I got a friend introduce her friends go group buy MF2 last phase... they target 30% capital gain and post a lot photos in fb during the last phase launching date...

30% possible?

last block launching price around 550k to 570k last year September.
499k are those limited lowest unit facing car park block.

compare to asking price today, not sure how investor can earn from last block purchase? bye.gif

for own use then very good, can move in after 1 year... thumbsup.gif
