as highlighted by some post, phase 1 price also do not appreciate much.

I guess phase 1 was selling around 2009/2010? Just right when property start booming.
At that time, majority of the projects in KV has handsome gain. Facing HTC or facing highway all also kena sapu in few days.

Now not sure why last phase don't have BBB mode anymore.

the last block sold last year also VP at mid of this year?

I got a friend introduce her friends go group buy MF2 last phase... they target 30% capital gain and post a lot photos in fb during the last phase launching date...

30% possible?

they bought around 570k if not mistaken

i guess is pak hitam

20% discount... still got penthouse available unit at 392psf..

iproperty a lot asking price from 560k to 570k for 1,044 sqf unit.

last block launching price around 550k to 570k last year September.
499k are those limited lowest unit facing car park block.

compare to asking price today, not sure how investor can earn from last block purchase?

for own use then very good, can move in after 1 year...
