THe access road to Midfields is bad, only 1 road as the other is always blocked by lorries during weekdays.

Nothing much to eat here. The shop lots are not happening!

THe roundabout road is very dusty. Very irresponsible YTL for not pouring water on it and just let its lorries go though. JMB also seem to be doing nothing.

There is this company called RECO doing aircon servicing and renovation and repair works at Midfields and elsewhere. Beware of this company and the guy called Kenny. He did not perform a satisfactory job and once taken your money, never bother about you.

He is old. He is the boss. His staffs are teruk for doing repair works.

For whatever reason, I hope you all here don't ever elect Midfields condo management company which I heard is called Chartwell (to be verified) and currently managed by Victor. Truly disappointed with his way of managing and ignoring owner's request. And to add salt to your wound, chairman of jmb, dr attell also can ignore you??

Not appropriate to disclose details here. At this moment, it is just the manager who ignores my emails and show his displeasure when I call him. I am sure he has his reason but I kept repeating to him that we owners engaged him. He replied he has many years of experiences. So when you are alone and jmb chairman ignores you, it is not easy to get the correct course of action. Why jmb chairman is stopping me to attend a monthly meeting? I don't have the right? The chairman either didn't have enough information or blatantly don't want to get involved.

I don't like to be taken hostage. If a manager can do that to a owner as he pleases, it is very dangerous. If it can happen to me, it can happen to anyone. Period.
