Developer cleared stocks however those would be lower floor units with additional car parks.

There are quite some current listings even selling at below 500k, higher floor, basic renovated and furnished somemore.

I was there during the clearance, had my eye on the unit D-6-5 it faced the beautiful facility, garden view.

It was snapped up just as soon as I decided that's the unit I wanted.

Other units no view, noisy.

Cancelled my plan to purchase right after.
