Just visited actual site today, found out Midfields 2 is closer to SG. Besi highway compare Midfields1. Expect sound pollution day and night. Any comment from buyer? I'm interested in final block.

Depends on which direction. If your unit is facing BESRAYA, I can't guarantee it's totally quiet. For final block, it will be better because surrounded by another 4 blocks and farther from BERSAYA.

The aircond they gave was Haier.. Quite noisy.

If let me choose extra car park or 4 aircon, i still will definitely choose extra car park with extra cost rather than 4 aircon. Developer has to restructure their marketing package based on current market condition cool2.gif

1 cp?

U know to build the cp podium is not cheap rite?

The only difference is the value of car park will be appreciated and aircon will be depreciated.
That's why I said I will pay more for extra car park despite didn't get the free aircon biggrin.gif
