Received email from YTL, contact 3 of the sales person, Priscilla, Adrian and Ken, nobody willing to pick up the call and no return call as well, and I went to the sales gallery on Wednesday, 3 of the sales persons stood there, saw a few clients surrounded the scale model, but nobody entertain as well, until we walked towards them and asked them. No idea on how to purchase the unit, they only said bring 10% for downpayment and not sure how it's going to be when there's cancellation.

there's pictures of the layouts on the wall, but seems like there's different layout above 19th floor, not sure about the facilities as well..Quite sad on this, as I thought YTL has quality staff, but seems like they don't bother about selling out, cause they know people are still buying cause it's kinda reasonable.

Remember back in 2014 only have one minute for you to choose...now consider ok lo😆

Ytl is notorious for high maintenance fee ah... don't take my word, check out their completed projects...no min rm400 a mth don't say you want buy...its 0.35psf for Midfield. Reasonable still for now...

550-580k is reasonable as this is around the price range for earlier block. And this last block buyers need not pay interest cost. Anyway it's only apprx 150 units for sale and will be surprised if they don't sell well this weekend

The parking block is as high as 8storeys so I suppose around 16units will be this price range.
For those who do not mind carpark facing view.

If buy facing the car park view, make sure buy above the car park as there is landscaping at the top of the car park. Boleh tipu makan a bit lah haha.

ini YTL, quality like crap..midfields overall quality for those phases that have been vped is less than satisfactory..
and after sales service also like crap..

property sales staff like crap also - most of them actually..fren got email - watsapp one Priscilla , and she cant be bothered to reply - why bother giving their contact in the first place...cheh
