Yes, 10% dp upon SPA. I think becoz they got 3% discount and interest-free installment scheme for down payment.

You need to pay upfront RM30k, then the balance of 7% upon signing SPA.

Yup I was there also, haha...luckily they didnt increase the price compared to 2 years ago, and added 1 more car park now.

It's disappointment for investor, but it's good thing for 1st house buyer or for own stay. To be honest, the property market is slowing down now, so they have to restructure their package in able to clear off their remaining new launched units. bruce.gif

Legal + SPA Stamp Duty = Absorbed by developer
Loan Docs + Loan Agreement Stamp Duty = Makan Sendiri

What to do ? when 2014 , 550k is a very good price, so i have book two units, who know market drop after 2015. haha.. now bought another 1, for tally it lo.. this last block's price seen ok .

What i heard from one of the SA is also absorb SPA but not Loan Docs fees.

Please be noted that the 3% rebate was not deducted in your 10% downpayment, meaning after the rebate you still need to pay 10% downpayment. The purchase price will be the amount of after 3% rebate.
