My friend was lucky to get a unit during midfields 1 launch for RM200 psf. The average psf then was more likely around RM250 psf (my guesstimate). The early birds always get something juicy... hehe.

From their track record, can see that YTL always gives goodies for their early adopters.

midfields 2 will have better specs. Definitely one. Quality will be better with Singapore's Conquas in the picture.

From what I heard, SP Setia uses Conquas for only their high end projects. Their medium scale projects go with Malaysia's Qlassic. Heard this at a property talk in Mid Valley.

Not sure. According to their FB page, price starts from RM499k. Checked their website, smallest size i see is 1113 sq ft. This means RM450 psf??? Could be that there are smaller units. And probably this price is after rebate lor...

Agree with u but our own sense of the right price might not match market sentiments. Surrounding areas commanding that kinda prices mah.

I remember was eying Centrio Pantai Hillpark but pulled out because in my eyes, the price too high. Doubled in price upon completion wor!

During previous YTL launch, discount given for bumi only 2% more than early bird. I know cos my bumi friend also bought same time as me.
