guys i have a SERIOUS problem....

just now in twrp i wiped everything and there's no os in the phone.... now after reboot there's only google word and nothing else

i thought i can get back into recovery after reboot but i can't get anything only the stupid google word staring at me
please help

1. Force poweroff
2. Go to bootloader. (Pressing power+volume combo)
3. From bootloader, go to recovery (select by using volume)
4. Sideload any rom from pc.

on my computer it also can't seem to detect the phone...
OMG what can i do??

Try again. Didn't manage to go bootloader. Hold again hold Vol down + power button.

Copy your rom.zip to your android folder that contains the adb tools then do

bro, on the phone twrp is stuck in adb sideload screen
then on my computer it doesn't list my device.....

Follow these steps.

You won't see your device in your my computer. But you can try in command prompt and see your device there.

If you can't do sideload, then try adb push.

iirc, try reinstall your drivers again.

Buy OTG cable, mount the pendrive that have rom in it. Much simpler.

Depends on which ringke case. There is ringke fusion and ringke slim. I dropped my phone on the roadside (tarmac) and the phone survives with scratches on the case only. it depends on how you dropped your phone as well cause if unlucky, then your phone might not survive. If you are afraid of fall damage and you drop your phone often, then can consider going for ringke fusion or spigen ultra hybrid.

Ok bro after some trouble i finally found out the trouble is windows 8 driver signature enforcement
so that is fixed and i managed to flash catalysm

actually bro, what makes catalysm or other custom rom special?
cuz it looks just like stock rom??

anyone here use leather flip case like this?this is the new type coz have opening for volume rocker and its useful because can stand the phone. i wonder if i use this on my nexus 5, does the wireless charging feature still work?

Um, all AOSP rom look like stock rom haha. All roms are different in terms of their customization.

Eg: Cataclysm is build from merging of AOSP and stock image. SlimKat build from AOSP. I like Cataclysm as it provides enough customization for me. I used SlimKat before too. Like it too. I use it on my S2.

yes, catalysm is build from stock.
majority of custom rom build are source from ASOP.

any flip case with stand feature, will not get wireless charging features work.


100% confirm this leather flip will not work with wireless charging!

I got similar leather flip case in store room now, 1x black and 1x white color (PM me if anyone interested). no choice, I need to use my nexus wireless charging pad daily.
