Finally the custom pipe is done. Power curve characteristic doesn't change much. Biggest change is overall torque increase. Low rpm sacrifice a lil torque for better smoothness, top rpm can pull longer. Midrange become even stronger.

Pulling up on ~5% slope, 0 - 133km/h (GPS) in 700m. LC standard meter should b around 175km/h

Added Firestorm after that. Engine becomes quieter and the midrange pull is even stronger.

wat plug u using ?
find a programable CDI main la ..... uma , cheetah etc .....

clutch spring ada tukar ?
sproket size boleh drop to 36 ...
i pakai dual band ..... senang senang main main ninja 250 .....
cam , valve spring pun ada peranan penting juga .. head ori port & polish or lacing head ?
try pakai better sikit punya plug ... G-power or above ...... unless u ada $$ iranium lah sebiji

Your LC has higher power to weight ratio, of course can main Ninja 250 la...

Iridium plug not suitable now that he is using Firestorm.

clutch plate tukar with 1 extra spring. Sprocket I am going for 15-35 when this set looks like durian.

dual band not that good actually. Ultimately BRT iMax is the best, can change timing at different RPM. UMA racing has 4 maps to choose from, and then further tune up/down the timing using 1 of the 4 maps as baseline. For dual band, the mapping is fixed from 4k to max, which is not really what I wanted. When the timing is good for midrange, high rpm suffered. when timing is good for high rpm, midrange suffers.

racing head with 22/19 valve, ported, UMA valve spring (which can go up to 13k), UMA cam (see the cam profile, should b 290-ish)

as alexei mentioned, Iriudium doesnt bring much power. I am using dual firestorm, one at spark plug, one at battery. It helps to reduce electronic noise and further enhance the spark accuracy and power.

i prefer do few more grounding wire on motor body .... so the current cepat flow back , better respond ..... use std plug coil . ok jer .. syukur la ..dapat 11k rpm at highway pergi north side .. brows.gif

This UMA is ady damn good base. Just need to increase the efficiency with better intake-exhaust setup. Will experiment with custom powerbomb when I have time.

changed to UMA racing CDI with map3, 38/16 sprocket. 900m reach 140km/h GPS (LC meter 188km/h)

Well, at 140kph, helmet also feel like flying off, need a full face liao tongue.gif

i tried power bomb, got lah little bit to zero effect shakehead.gif shakehead.gif . i using 32mm manifold, you up your piston 65 with 19-22 head will feel more than bomb exhaust.

u can try up carburetor size, last time i use 38mm carbs with 65mm block n ori head korek in/out allot of dif compare to 28mm nsr carb.

I tried 32mm carb, don't like its low to mid torque. change back to 28mm, feels much better. high rpm, 32mm really r0x.
