Anyone using citi cashback platinum? Just receive my statement and they charge me the annual fees(rm195). After call in to ask for waiver, they still not willing to waive it. If cancel the card then no need to pay for the annual fees but still need to pay for the gst. Anyone face this before?

Also, Beware Some Other T&Cs of "50 Rewards Points for every RM50 spent per transaction..."
ie, if You got RM75 Retail Transaction U ONLY manage to get 50 Reward points NOT 75 pts or RM120 just 100 pts will Given...

+ NO Points will be Rewarded on Petrol for Most of the Citibank CC

are sure RM5 charge because of no swipe? citibank product disclosure says RM5 for monthly statement retrieval. Did you get citi card statement via mail or email?
