Think twice this more jialat than 9 seputeh. 9 seputeh better if compare to this non human stay no window room unit.

9 seputeh is more expensive, no car park, leasehold, high tension wires running beside the development (northern side), nearby oxidation pond, and for 1 of their smaller unit 1 of the room also have no window so i dont really see how they are "better" but hey, to each their own ya

Most of the bad things u mention in future u cannot see at 9 seputeh Liao. High tension no more, oxidation pond also no more. Now Got big big public garden developing and nearby. And the future road access is far better. Nice planning.

Downside is also what u said. Most No car park. Leasehold.. Etc. Overall 9 seputeh still better. Future Surrounding way better also. Developer background, track record and portfolio also mrcb win.

Ppl, before u choose your unit. U can see the exact layout of your units. Most if not all the units, the master bedroom will have Windows.

For smaller units, depends. For 909, the smallest bedroom faces the corridor, so no Windows.

But master bedroom and second room will have Windows.

But all rooms come with free air cond, so no real issue even for room with no air cond

southbank just beside 9 seputeh.. lol

try to research the background of this developer first. Extremely poor workmanship in their maiden project at 288 residency.

Just to share. I've booked a 909sf unit @ 7th floor. I was told by the agent that only living room and bathroom fitted with plaster ceiling. And he gave me false info that all 3 rooms fitted with plaster ceiling when i placed my booking. Can anyone mind to share on this. Tq

as far as i understand at the showroom last sunday kitchen, living room comes with plaster ceiling

i didnt ask on bathroom (dont see a reason to) and also the bedroom as this wasnt important to me since the main area is fitted - that is fine by me LOL

actually other than sofa, tv, coffee table, dining table set, bed and lamps.
