SOmetimes boring is also good...

I do not expect their cafes to perform well...more or less stagnant sales. Except for Rawang branch which is doing roaring business, why ah?

I am looking at their beverage division... high margins, good sales, capturing HK market, expanding to china (which might be affected by the MAS case rolleyes.gif ) They have just expanded their beverage factory in Ipoh by 300% capacity...

But then again I have work in china before, coffee there is low quality and bloody expensive, mostly gimmicks rather than taste. In fact every trip i go china mainland Chinese colleagues ask to bring bags of white coffee for them. Each time I bring 4 bags...about 5 kg sweat.gif In fact Chinese colleges who visit Malaysia and Indonesia do bring back coffee as gifts... I used to buy them bags of fresh milled Kalosi Toraja coffee and they are very happy, say cannot get in China. In return I get lot of 'long jiang' & 'ma lau mit' tea from them. brows.gif

Now to see of this incident with MAS will affect their consumption or not? Next Q report should show it... wink.gif

Not a buy yet, but can monitor. Oh i drink 2-3 cups coffee a day... so I am a caffeine junkie hahaha. laugh.gif

57% stake in P1 sold for RM 350 mil, means P1 is worth 614 million. GP still have a small minority stake.

So 350 mil + GP stake in P1 minus out all the loan and divide over the total number of shares, so now how much is GP worth?

I lazy count, who wanna count? tongue.gif

but i betcha the number is going to look small....
