QUOTE(MSN-05 @ Oct 5 2014, 07:14 PM) but all those suggested models by H2D are about the cheapest you can get for a new foldie.. else try search buysell bicycle website for a used one below 300, for example.... |

QUOTE(MSN-05 @ Oct 5 2014, 07:14 PM) Honestly, at current economy state, anything less than rm350, those bicycles are usually china craps, most the time lah... Sure it can be ridden but a few months down the road, some parts rust, some parts loose, outta shape and some just doesnt work efficiently anymore. If you budget is this small, then u shouldnt get a foldie, but rather a typical rigid frame single speed bicycle instead, because iat least it last longer than an unknown brand foldie's hinges. |

I agree. Maybe save a bit more before buying. If you buy cheap, I will guarantee that you will upgradwparts etc to make bike better. But even then, you will be stuck with the cheap frame and most other parts that will be prone to RUST! |

QUOTE(Shengz @ Oct 6 2014, 09:20 AM) RM400, try to negotiate with seller. Wow, this calypso looks almost similar to my ugo. The diff i can see is that the rd hanger is part of the frame itself and it has a stand below bb.http://www.bicyclebuysell.com/item/260284/...so-folding-bike But steel bike berat sikit kot. |
