Hi Guys,
I am thinking of picking up a FB for a weekend hobby. Can you please recommend me a starter FB? and if possible, a secondhand will do. A total newbie here. Budget less than 500, if that's possible. Thank you. |

Last Sunday morning ride from KL to Klang back to KL.
about 90 km of easy riding, not fast paced. For those with folding bikes, some of them did use the KTM train to go back to KL from Klang KTM station.. https://www.facebook.com/chanjerping/media_...90165735&type=1 This post has been edited by budgee: Oct 1 2014, 04:44 PM |

QUOTE(desastar @ Oct 1 2014, 12:07 PM) You can't just rely on just that one gear (34T) to save you. If you just pedal around with that gear, you'll die!! Just bring the bike with you, I bet you'll be surprised! Not that I rely on 34t, but I only have single chainring which is 46t. Currently the largest cog is 28t, on flat road while I fetching my toddler along, it just felt adequate. If there is some mild slope I think I will get tired very fast, and my bike is steel frame + carrier + him..... You'll probably find you'll run out of gears going down hills. If I'm alone I think I'm still able to pedal with my kaki lembik. My wife some more ler... So long didn't ride dy, suddenly ask her to rides slope, mercok nanti apabila kaki sakit! Going downhill no fear, I got 11t if my freewheel reached, but too bad... Will still bring it there, maybe just find a big empty space and bring them ride for fun and blow wind. |
