i have this problem.my 360 controller keep switching off by itself.does anyone know how to fix this?(the battery is new)

mines hitachi.i ask the shop to give me a samsung one,(cuz it looks better)but ended up with a hitachi.

i'm planning to buy 360. but there some problem with selecting the machine. some shop sell 360 with 10 "copy" game. did they mod the machine? if yes then there must be problem with warranty and online game.
can some1 enlighten me in this. i'm planning to buy the ori 1, not the modded 1. help2. |
