i have this problem.my 360 controller keep switching off by itself.does anyone know how to fix this?(the battery is new)

mines hitachi.i ask the shop to give me a samsung one,(cuz it looks better)but ended up with a hitachi.

One question..
What does it mean if your 360 says unplayable disc? Cause i borrowed Oblivion from my friend and when i put it in my 360,it says unplayable disc. |
