From my understanding it's like this: selected Private Banking customers have automatically been upgraded into Private Wealth. These individuals already qualify for the Diamanté automatically (though most if not all would have no clue whatsoever how to utilise the card like we do!).

I was promised to be "upgraded" into PW when it is officially launched here in East Malaysia in January (subject to me meeting certain requirements but no where near the USD1mil bandied about in this thread).

There are Premier Wealth and Private Wealth both carry PW. In Malaysia there is only one Private Wealth lounge located in KL.

I think Private Banking became Premier Wealth. In terms of lounge yes there is only one Private Wealth in Msia and that's in KL. What the bank informed was that Private Wealth will be officially launched in Kuching in January (no lounge I presume). But a few of my friends are already in automatically and were invited to a private introductory dinner to Private Wealth last month.

They are reducing their requirements into that?

I am not sure what you mean by that. The first round automatic inductees into Private Wealth are overqualified (by many times over) if you are talking about the USD1 mil. As for my case, let me get in first before I report.

So you need to be a PW customer 1st before you can ask for this card?

What if my credit card will going expire which dated fall around mid of July 2016.

1. How to process renewal?
2. Does require to show payslip? If so, I would be headache because I am not work in Malaysia but oversea.

This credit card bring me a lot ease especially didn't bring cash in emergency situation.

Got this card for 6 months already. Not sure can
hit 80k or not. Dont want to force myself to spend.

Current promo requirement to apply this card is just RM120K @ 1UTAMA roadshow.
