QUOTE(periwater @ Feb 12 2015, 12:19 AM) Wow, this time they are allowing RM2K Actually I called up card centre at Gardens before going to 1U (1U branch wasn't answering the phone) and they told me I could only redeem rm1k of vouchers at a time, but 2k at 1U. Will probably go next week and do the remaining 3.6K (unless the Enrich promotion on the 16th is interesting). I was told by the CS at 1U, on BAU, there is no limit on the vouchers redemption. What's BAU? This post has been edited by rjb123: Feb 12 2015, 12:58 AM |

I went to One U Card Centre last week to made the redemption of Aeon voucher. But due to my redemption is a huge figure, CS can not proceed on the spot, he was asking me to fill up the redemption form and he will then submit it to the HQ, to check the stock availability.
Yesterday received a call from them informing me that my redemption of the Aeon Voucher is ready to be collected by today. However, I checked from M2U, the TP have not deducted yet. Due to this devaluation of TP, I almost redeem all my TPs. Now only left those TPs earned from Amex Reserve, as its redemption of Air Miles still with the old conversion rates. |

I went to the Card Center at 1U yesterday. They ran out of Parkson Vouchers and other vouchers (IKEA, ISETAN, AEON etc) are expiring soon so not worth it in terms of the Voucher's Validity, IMHO. Expiring in March, I think.
They advised to either wait for restock or go to other Card Center. Can also go to department stores to redeem. I've confirmed with them, if you want to transfer treatpoints, gotta cancel your cards first. They don't allow if you simply want to transfer it. I also confirmed they can't transfer treat points from Principal to Supplemental Card or from one individual to another, which was what I wanted to do. Anyways, I was planning to redeem Parkson Vouchers. Anybody here can say if its good idea? or should I redeem other vouchers? I'm looking to buy baby clothes/items and household stuff too. Aeon vouchers don't have an expiry date - maybe wait for those? I prefer AEON because of this, and most my groceries come from there so it makes sense. Guess they were low on stock there when I went also, hence limiting redemption to 2k. |

Oh, I don't buy grocery at Aeon. Yesterday at 1U Parkson, they had lots of choices of items that I'd probably need to purchase as compared to Isetan. Problem was, Parkson Vouchers seems to be limited everywhere I went. Either totally out of stock or expiring soon. Today will try asking at Parkson Subang Parade.Guess they were low on stock there when I went also, hence limiting redemption to 2k. |

Just like gas price up, all cars are lining up to fill gas. |

Just like gas price up, all cars are lining up to fill gas. They didn't give that much notice and maybe some will be lazy to go multiple times and only end up doing their redemption after the points are worth less |

I've done this a few times recently at Harvey Norman, don't need vouchers just deduct from purchase immediately. |

Can you do it for all items in Parkson? or does it apply to certain items only? |
