Can anyone tell me how to send my HTC one to repair for the purple camera effect? What's the procedure, and how long usually takes?
Have had heard alot negative feedback regarding bad service from SC. Feeling not so confident to send to SC, but the purple camera really really annoying, like a phone that without camera.

Roughly takes around 3weeks.

Just bring your phone over to bts 7th floor . For my case they didn't even ask for warranty card when I said camera purple tint issue.

I got it back just by a week, got it back few days ago.

Hi guys, I have something to ask about the warranty
This question was asked by my friend seeking for help
The problem is the camera problem, which the colour problem
As I know HTC One user can claim a new phone from HTC?

And about the warranty, does it come along with a warranty card when you buy the phone? If without warranty card can you still claim warranty?

warrant should be registered within with your IMEI there.
user never can claim a new phone from HTC, at least here. unless your phone is 14 days old or lesser
camera issue just send it for warranty, i sent mine and got back already. so far so good.

if u r not in kl, then just call 1800889855. They will arrange pick up.

read old thread....
of course, this is a outcome of repair of few times

HTC policy has always been replacement with a refurbished set
You will only get new unused set in following conditions:
- failed repair after several attempts
- replacement within 2 weeks of purchase

I broke that policy as I received a new unit despite having used it for more than 6 months

Guys need help..had "Unfortunately Google account manager has stopped"...did everything including hard reset/factory reset...still the same..I can't even login to my play store or create Gmail accounts.. any help would be grateful.Thanks.

As I heard from my friend, accessories warranty is only 6 months, but this Purple tint prob is included in accessories warranty or whole warranty which is one year?
