HTC failed to indicate the proper position of NFC. Some say below camera, others say next to camera and instruction say below the plastic strip. Seriously no standard at all. I migrated from Sony Xperia Z Ultra and indication of NFC is clearly marked.

It's been a month i send my HTC One to fix my camera issue and I did add on one more the WIFI issue (couldn't connect to home WIFI) after updated to 4.4 kitkat. Today I received back my phone, the phone camera was fixed (the purple tint is gone, well....its first day, will try out for several days after fixed) but in the report, it stated the WIFI issues has no fault/error found.

And so, after I back to home I connect to my home WIFI and........TADA~!
still couldn't connect to my home WIFI lol

having said that, even apple, shitsung and LG phones didn't indicate that stupid NFC logo.

If i get new 1, confirm don't have purple tint issue?

Don't understand mentality of you n so many others that you like to call a respectable brand names something else. Seriously what do one gain by calling other names. I view this as childish behavior..if you think you are better than Samsung why don't you offer your services to improve their products..same goes for those who address apple as crapple
Some guys think they are smarter ones to call other names - I pity such guys in their working life thereafter

No guarantee if it is silver or black as these are old batches. Red apparently after Nov is Ok n recent newer Gold model

Red only after Nov batch n those before it still faced this problem. Check serial number to identify month of release

where u get this info and where i can get nov batch??

Just call directd they said their cant sure whether RED 1 got purple tint issue or not because all is sealed box, he said got few customer who bought RED 1 got purple tint issue...

I think they rather to be honest and save the trouble of people coming back unhappy and eventually boycott them. Not all customers are that conscientious.

Search for sh or ht 113,123,14,24 right

But i think most sellers dont know bout this

Honesty in business > everything. Their reputation is so good, I'm sure they won't lie their customer.
