Do that, and don't forget to remove your SIM card too! I lost my SIM card removal tool, but a simple paper clip that's straightened works just fine.

I think it all depends on their customer service guy. After my 2nd call to them their response was a bit faster. My phone was picked up last Friday. I hate that their response time depends on your luck with a good customer service guy

But it`s been 3 weeks now.......

that means some of your apps are draining the battery

if still cannot solve, then do factory reset and install each apps one by one
if use backup from cloud, same situation may happen ...

my phone is ready for collection.. sent last week's monday.. wuhuuu.. i hope camera fix is perm..

sent my M7 last Friday, just bring the receipt and they will courier it to me once its done. now waiting

yup purple tint issue, going to BTS tmrrw.. will perform antutu to heat phone and test the camera..
