1. Is there any personal firewall inside your desktop?
2. Can you disable them and try again including windows firewall?
3. You’ve sent 100 packets and all of them have been reply back to your desktop. I presume that your ping testing should be ok. Actually, normal ping should be enough for this case.
4. Can you do normal ping to gateway, ping 192.168.1.1 and paste the full output here
5. What was the error message when you connect to
http://192.168.1.1
https://192.168.1.1
from your internet browser
6. Can you take a screenshot and share it here

This is useful to get the desired ip address i need for better gaming.

My office is using db102 riger modem from tmnet. else then manually on/off the power button to restart, i wish to know if i can do it via the modem control panel in website or any other method. This lag is killin my gaming experience

I started using this modem recently after my D-Link got busted and I noticed the Streamyx dialer would
stop responding whenever I click disconnect. After that, when I shut my PC down, the windows will always
stop at "Saving Your Settings" and I have to forcefully shut it down by pressing the casing "ON" button for
5 seconds.

So has anyone experience problem this before?

you should enter the web management of that modem
how?
you go to address bar, type 192.168.1.1
it will ask for username and password
for this modem it should be
username: tmadmin
pass:tmadmin

than it will go to page modem setup. there you can see the account name that being used to connect

refer the manual here : http://www.riger.com.my/db_102User_Manual.pdf

Hi guys. I am on streamyx 2MB plan. I have been trying to play command & conquer - zero hour online. My streamyx riger DB108 modem cant even connect to other players. I have tried another brand router and it works but unfortunately that router had been struck by lightning. Now I have no choice but to use back my streamyx riger DB108 modem. Please advise how can I use that to play command & conquer - zero hour online?

Thanks a lot
