Are you connect by routing mode??
Because this modem seen like only working in bridging mode... doh.gif

If your problem persist on bridging mode, then you can use hammer to smash it icon_rolleyes.gif

Ok after totally cracking my head, i have to post my question here

My setup
phone line-->DB102-->Tp link switch-->3 pcs

Ok, ive already tried almost all the router mode set-ups that ive found online, and I've also enabled DHCP, but whatever I do, i can never get the modem to work when using the switch. When connected directly to the modem, the internet works fine, whether in bridge or routing mode. Anyone with a similar setup can pls post their config file so that i can se those settings?

Yes.....switch is different from router. When using router, modem is set bridge mode, and u deal with router interface. When using switch, modem acts also as router.

So.....anyone using modem/switch combo able to upload their config file???

have u tried this method?
set ur DB102 to PPPOE mode
set 1 ip for the modem, let say 192.168.1.1 (the default).
u set ur pc into 1 ip, let say 192.168.1.5.
other computer set into the same ip range just the last number is unique.
set ur gateway to 192.168.1.1.

The blue colored modem is the mother of cheap modems.

It's not even worth anything more than being offered for free.
