For me I never bothered at all changing the modem's config from day one.
Just leave it as plain PPPoE bridge and use a high end wireless router(DIR-655 with QoS) with it. Works like charm. Again this is the cheapest modem I've ever seen.So cheap that I'll take a China brand over it anyday. |
