LRT station approximate 500m walking distance.. plus minus 10 minutes walking

Guys ! its better to pay a visit to the site rather than listening to assumptions esp from those who knows not and try to be in the know. I stay at the neighbour condo and walk to the lrt station every morning and it takes me 8 to 9 mins , wonder whether it qualify for walkable distance...hahaha
And ktm is about 15 to 17 mins walk.
Hope this will clear up the walkable distance ...hehehe

I stayed nearby, don't think it is that short.

Also, most of the walking routes from any nearby LRT to Pemaisuri are open, which means walking around is unsafe judging that is the place snatch thieves prey on.

nowadays, hardly to find any 'safe' place around any lrt/mrt station.

maybe u can try and walk 1st, then let us know... I know the area.. LRT is quite near

Actually, that makes sense now. It's probably due to the weed that you didn't notice the cops that's beside the LRT walk path every friggin' night.

Thanks for providing the info, anyways I haven't walk through before maybe there are shortcut around but from what my car driving experience(just go around with car, lazy to walk), it's seems quite far for me

You can always target subsales nearby Cheras LRT area not blindly believing in what people market one leh... Instead exposing youself vulnerable for over 10 minutes as agents marketed why not get somewhere lesser than 5 minutes? Lol.

Because every year there are so called many many expats coming into Malaysia and they need a place to stay ma... Prime land that requires your wife to walk exposed with her handbags for 10 to 15 mins so that rempits can make a living also ma....

But there are subsales lager than 1000 sf lesser than RM500k with cheaper maintenance.

what's stopping you to buy bigger units?
buy landed lah. >3000sf also got.
or penthouses with 6000sf.

I went to visit my friend at Cemara Apartment (located adjacent to Queensville site) last week. I took LRT there and it only took me 5mins to walk from Salak Selatan LRT station to reach there... going back to the station I walked from Queensville's site (corner of Jalan Sri Permaisuri 2 & Jalan Sri Permaisuri 4) it took me an easy 8mins walk.

I am eyeing on this project as well... went to the sales gallery and I have been told that the project will be launched in 1 to 2 months time
I have registered so they will inform me the date once its set. I will keep you guys posted here

I reckoned 10 to 15 minutes walking distance to LRT/MRT station is acceptable.

I also reckoned it will be fully sold out less than 1 month if psf selling around RM550 to 600 provided developer build 3 bedded unit, size from from 750 to 850sqft and two car park. (I could be wrong)

I'm gunning for this project too ,location is superb ! with only 8 min walk to lrt and for those
who consider its too far, i feel sorry for them.
The bet option is to come and judge for yourself .....
