Guys ! its better to pay a visit to the site rather than listening to assumptions esp from those who knows not and try to be in the know. I stay at the neighbour condo and walk to the lrt station every morning and it takes me 8 to 9 mins , wonder whether it qualify for walkable distance...hahaha
And ktm is about 15 to 17 mins walk.
Hope this will clear up the walkable distance ...hehehe

I'm gunning for this project too ,location is superb ! with only 8 min walk to lrt and for those
who consider its too far, i feel sorry for them.
The bet option is to come and judge for yourself .....
