My friend give me used astro beyond decocder (pace), but not woking/block with my current Njoi simcard, anyone can help?

Every ASTRO SIM card is linked to its own decoder. You will need to go to ASTRO service center and re-link your NJOI SIM card serial to your astro byond decoder. *Might be charged |

Wow... Rm450 to convert from astro to njoi ?
Last time was free, then RM 99 , now RM 450 . When install the technician use a meter ..got 2 readings 74% and 100%. What does that means? He ask to read the meter while he set the dish outside
