Installed njoi today, I'm a new subscriber. The installer told me there's no more 30 days free preview for selected channels. I'm eager to watch the sports channels actually...

When I called up astro, the CS informed most likely will activate the free preview for selected channels within 14 days.

Any new subscribers can confirm this?

I received a SMS as below:
“As of 7th December, 2015, NJOI prepaid credit will have an expiry period of 60 days from the day of your top-up. Available credit balance before 7th December 2015 will expire on 5th January 2016.”

I think Astro is cheating us again. To purchase a NJOI channel (for example Astro Wah Lai Toi) the cost + GST is as following. [ RM5.30 for 3 days, RM7.42 for 7 days and RM21.20 for 30 days ].

For 30 days validity, I have to purchase RM30 worth of reload coupon to pay for RM21.20. So there will be balance of RM8.80. And this RM8.80 is valid for only 60days. WTF!!!

What can I do with the RM8.80? Astro just eat it after 60 days? I can’t purchase anything with RM8.80 on the dot. Can Astro give FREE nasi lemak worth of RM8.80 back? Go to hell Astro!!

i think astro annual sales not good thats why push us to clear our balance, my reload balance already keep 1 year and now ask me to use before 6 jan 2016.

I doubt astro annual sales is not good. If they do this, more and more ppl will just abandon the prepaid system.

Also if you think of consumer right. How to use if you have balance of RM5? I guess nothing. Can we claim it?

Anyone here use this decoder for njoi? (new set) Mine is RM 448 (include RM20 njoi reload),, registered a month ago then after 2 days registration the installer came. Service so far is quite okay, no problem at all. Even i bought a prepaid channel this morning not more than 5 minutes payment a channel that i bought available to watch. im a happy costumer hihihhi

Hi, is it equipment between njoi and astro swappable?

Like use same dish but different decoder and smart card

did anyone receive call from astro claim that there will be free preview of all channels for 3 months? then after 3 months can consider to resume back njoi or continue the channel for RM43 per months...

last time i got that call and accept.
