*Explanation: 1) Awesome TV (Ch 123) is to be discontinued at 12:01 AM, March 31, 2024, due to the broadcast fee dispute between the channel owner, Awesome Media Network, and pay-TV providers. 2) TVB Magic (Ch 124) will be off-air by TVB itself at 11:59 PM, March 31, 2024.

NJOI's 8 free SD channels is slowly walking towards the grave.

I've been told that affected customers will get notified via email that they will lose the 8 free SD channels, which it'll happen between May till July.
In exchange, only affected customers will be getting free 30 days access of NJOI Family Pack which is not automatically granted, and you must manually redeem/activate it on My NJOI app, and it has an expiry date on it.

Whose are entitled for this? How to claim?

As what I know, it's only meant for certain NJOI box customers that activated before 28 April 2021.
Or in other words, if you're unable to view those 8 free SD channels, then no need to think further, you are definitely not eligible.

To redeem the voucher, open My NJOI app on your phone, select Settings, then select Vouchers.
If you don't see any voucher there, then you are not eligible.

Ch 821–824 are now available on Sports Mega Pack.

Any idea why my old NJOI now free channels left only 12 ? I used to have more than 30 free channels including AEC last week.

Because assthrow is closing the SD channels progressively and encouraging you to pay $$ to them to continue watching the channels in HD.
