Why NJOI 90 days RM 35 missing? They purposely remove and left 30 days?

Previously I check on NJOI CH200, 90 days option for HD Pack is still there.

But better be hurry if you want to subscribe it, cuz it seems to me that they're going to remove it soon, considering that they've been emphasising Family Pack very much these days.

Actually there are two numbers on the smart card, the smart card number with 12 digits and another one with 11. I knew my smart card number of cause, also can see it in the Njoi app. After I had no success with the whatsapp chat and before I used the solution above I tried the other number as well.

The price shown on NJOI Packs now excludes 8% SST

Prior 29 Feb 2024, whatever prices you see on NJOI packs are already included with 6% Service Tax. However from 1 Mar 2024 onwards, it appears that they will market their packs as the excluded SST price.

For instance, before 29 Feb 2024, Family Pack is RM29.90
But 1 Mar 2024 onwards, Family Pack is now RM28.00 (before tax), but upon making payment, it will become RM30.24 (after tax).

Another example, before 29 Feb 2024, HD Pack is RM15.00
But 1 Mar 2024 onwards, HD Pack is now RM14.00 (before tax), but upon making payment, it will become RM15.12 (after tax).

Astro First movies are affected too.
Before is RM15.90 after 8% tax. Now is RM16.20 after 8% tax.

Govt should ask the 6% not charged until 29th February 2024.

ICYMI, NJOI's Sports Mega Pack recently introduced 1-day access for RM15.00 (excl. 8% SST).

Its 30-day access for RM47.00 (excl. 8% SST) is still available for purchase via My NJOI.

Back in my dad’s kampung in Perak, they’re using NJOI.

As of this writing, still got free SD channels to watch — Ch 125, 126, 261, 346, 375, 531, 831.

Also, Ch 414 & 415 are still there after Jan 31, 2024.

Oh? Maybe they forgot to remove the channel preview
Or you want to report this to NJOI customer service so that they can check further? Then they'll close the channels for you, if that's what you want. 🤗

Nah I won’t be bothered to report it anyway. Let them NJOI those channels as well, more choices to watch.

BTW I ask some of my friends who has NJOI that don't subscribe to any packs, and they can't watch CH414 and CH415 also...

I did Refresh Smartcard, and yep it’s ‘blocked’ from viewing.

You mean before you Refresh Smartcard, you're able to view CH414 and CH415? After you Refresh it, then it become "This CH is not included in your subscription"?
