it was up 10 sen the day b4, today down 10.

this counter is becoming odd... low to zero volumes on most days.

what's going on...?

I think a top ranking from US federal reserve said that US for sure raise interest rate next year. This usually means more pressure on Bank Negara to raise as well. Not good news for REITS.

It did mention sooner, probably this year. M'sia will increase its interest rate this year.

Market hates its corporate exercises. There are too many of them, they take too long to implement and they are confusing.

Although I already have a sizable portion invested in REITS, I do wish for lower REITS share prices so that I can buy more. Lower price is good news for the investor, not so much for the speculator.

if yr fav reit is gaining in price, maybe it's becos of this bond demand thing.

"Sime Darby was believed to be looking to acquire a REIT as a vehicle to monetise its commercial properties"-Star 3/7/14. Which one likely since no talks between Axis Reit and Sime?
