IGB finally reached 1.22...

Hey guys, what do you all think of UOAREIT? Yield attractive for now?

this one is low volume, been 1.38-1.41 for a long time. 7.7% good yield, my fav.

if vol stays low, possibility they buy back, relist with something else like bsdreit->boustead plant?!

that will be nice.

hey guys, want to get some opinion here. if i were to invest some money on reits or tabung haji, which one is better? both gives almost the same return around 5-6%

I think tabung haji better because tabung haji gerenti no drop one. reit can drop 50% if the day come.

IGBREIT touched 1.24. Impressive.

IGBREIT net yield only about 5.4%. But better (perceived) growth potential.

with REITs dun worry too much about entry timing. as long as u happy with the yield, just enter. just told ya the yield is 7%. if u happy, buy; no happy walk away

i have a question that if GST 6% enforced, which sector or REIT would get impacted or affected?

WHY

MOST of AmFirst assets are leased to AmBank group companies
Pros - stability of rental
Cons - Rental revision won't be much (I think)

there investor receiving contain dividend. the price looks attractive but technical shown south than UOAreit shown better.
