this one is low volume, been 1.38-1.41 for a long time. 7.7% good yield, my fav. smile.gif

if vol stays low, possibility they buy back, relist with something else like bsdreit->boustead plant?!

hey guys, want to get some opinion here. if i were to invest some money on reits or tabung haji, which one is better? both gives almost the same return around 5-6%

I think tabung haji better because tabung haji gerenti no drop one. reit can drop 50% if the day come.

IGBREIT net yield only about 5.4%. But better (perceived) growth potential.

CMMT 1.47 executed today as i placed price wrongly instead 1.44

By the way, i wondering UOA or AMFirst would be good to invest for 3year period

there investor receiving contain dividend. the price looks attractive but technical shown south than UOAreit shown better.

Well, i am looking for financial sector, may i know which REIT involving financial or link with bank?
