hi guys....
i'm a bit confuse here..
just want to know what is the different between P-Bandai and Bandai??
*
both are Bandai la
just p-Bandai means Premium Bandai, just the items sold are premium,
only exclusive to Japan & Hong Kong online customers

Shait......
Only today I know that the MG Universal Booster UB-01 does include Plavsky Wing effect for Star Build Strike. And together with parts to convert Build Strike to Star Build Strike. Good job Bandai. thumbup.gif
More info here.
*
of course they provide, cause Bandai is not making a MG Star Build Strike
the only way to get a MG Star Build Strike is to buy MG Build Strike + MG Star Build Booster
it's like MG Victory Gundam + MG Core Booster

To wk, idk if I'm quoting correctly. But I honestly don't think there's a very good measuring system for taxing us. A lot of people get through cz they look mean, they simply like to aim for innocent looking kids.

Formally, I think customs can charge if the items total up to RM500 or above. My MG Sazabi and other goodies were caught up at customs and got charged 10%. This is at POS so maybe different story

ur case is by purchasing oversea and post to here? that maybe will have higher chance

i think his case is when we went travel and take back as luggages. i have the same question too actually but asked ppl normally they wont bother u unless they are suspecting ur big box then will request to scan or open it

I actually had both situations.

When coming back from Canada, I had to move all my collectibles in a big box. Obviously they came to me and scanned it, taxed me. However the authorities involved weren't very sure of protocols and simply demanded I pay something as tax. I didn't know the worth of all the collectibles but I low balled the figures and paid it.

It's totally understandable that they would charge us tax for these collectibles, but they don't seem to follow regulations and look more to target young gullible travelers. Many friends I have often don't get targeted because they look more stubborn than me, or I have a very gullible face...

really depends on ur luck. i came back from japan twice with big boxes ie 70cm x 40cm x 30cm size. 1 box at a time. inside each box abt 4-8 gunplas depend MG or RG or PG.

checked in luggage. a little dings but overall content still ok.

1st time : pass through spore customs n msia customs no probs. arrived at 11pm at msia
2nd time : scanned at spore customs n officers look at me 1 kind... i smiled and said gunpla plastic toys... they nodded no probs. msia customs... no bother coz inside the car boot. arrived at 7pm at msia

Ok I'm really glad the tax thing is being brought up here also. I recently asked on another thread https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/220207/+1540
cause it seems to me if purchases from lets say hlj are snagged at customs basically the prices for gunpla esp for mg is still quite cheap compared to the prices we see here. So I was wondering if anyone was interested or is already something like getting a group of people to order from hlj so that the shipping costs wont kill us
