Hi, can anyone enlighten me if the conversion fee from Ringgit to Yen is higher in paypal compared to straight process from local credit card? I couldn't process my payment in amiami via debit card so i resorted to using paypal but the amount i paid at the end seems to be quite high compared to what I was expected.

According to HJL website. If you are using SAL, it will take longer than 3 weeks.
From my experience using EMS, it will arrive less than 2 weeks.

but until now almost 1 months ....

Hi, I had few experience like yours. My actions are as follows for your reference :

1. Your toys stuck in custom waiting your clearance, either u need to pay tax or custom need your clarification.

2. The supplier actually yet to mail your toys, reasons due to they are doing business base on back-to-back order.

3. Lastly if u can't trace your toys with tracking number given, after 6weeks I will request refund from the supplier.

Fyi, I bought from eBay, lucky model.com, Amazon, etc.

banzai trusted. i use banzai before.
till one of my order amount 2k+ is delay about 1 month. email no reply.
then email again to cancel order and refund then only respond. but i insist cancel my order.
now im stick with hlj only.
and banzai shipping cost expensive. the weight they charge you not the same as actual weight.
banzai become my last option

Guys, need advise. I bought 3 items a Macross kit, a Darth Vader kit and X Wing kit valued at Rm280 including shipping after converting to RM from HLJ. I choose EMS for shipping. Any idea how long it will take to arrive? and if it is going to be tax?

I wonder, why kastam always withhold various shipments? I thought figurines are not taxable?

At last my first order from HLJ arrived safely, kastam didn't hold it paid on last Thursday and got it today. Now have to wait for free time to put the kit together
