QUOTE(r1fq @ Mar 3 2007, 08:21 PM) hoah... I tried to use the .79... previously used the .70 and now reverting back to .70 since: takes less RAM, and I think i prefer the simplicity of it... if you want the BitComet that use less RAM then try the version after v0.80 (v0.81 - latest) which have the "auto-recycle memory" function

last time i said that BitComet got problem when auto-start task at startup and i also suggest someone go to report it on BitComet official website but i think they will ignore it becoz they think you are spamming... the problem solved if you close the BitComet properly before shut down the windows but in BitComet v0.70, the task still will auto-start even we shut down the windows without close BitComet (correct me if im wrong, since that i didnt use v0.70 long time ago) This post has been edited by tan_pang: Mar 7 2007, 09:55 PM

QUOTE(scorps @ Mar 1 2007, 09:08 AM) You'd have to use the always option as autodetect still allows unencrypted traffic thus causing TMNEt to throttle your connection. Note that this only works on certain areas so it may or may not work for you. A really selfish plug here but I'd recommend using a VPN, free or otherwise

but then iianm the versions after .80 is not as 'good' as .70 rite? as in: - download speed - stability - especially the changes in context menu the context menu @ .79 itself is a bit more complicated than .70 imo.. .70 seems easier to use...
