^CIA happened to them
you need to know that Hisbollah got their stuff directly from syrian army that was stationed in lebanon. in fact they stayed in lebanon right before lebanon-israel war in 2006. the bulk of kornets and RPG-29 that hisbollah got was from syrian inventory
hell the only thing that kept the israeli out from lebanon is hisbollah. lebanese army is as good as a fifth wheel on a wagon

But unfortunately, they didn't make good use of ATGMs. They didn't have to aim on Abrams; lighter ATGMs like Malyutka and Metis are still effective against Bradleys and Humvees. I'm sure Iraq could somehow get ATGMs during the Inter-war period from black market or from Syria.

Asad Babil tanks were also available during the battle of Baghdad itself.

Nothing really happened in baghdad... us have anticipated large counterattack there but nothing
You know the time when us took down saddam statue? It wouldn't be possible if they were facing real threat.

Bar the airport itself the resistence in baghdad is relatively small compared to other place in iraq
The invasion of baghdad was swifter than riginally anticipated, considering months before the attack republican guard have been concentrating there

most of Iraq tanks are used as arty, most of it are still hand crank and poorly equid for anti armor warfare.
m1 some even argue is not superior in battle just that the iraq tanks is inferior compared to them.

The battle of Baghdad Airport occurred right after the Battle of Karbala The Battle of Baghdad itself was also quite intense.... Thousands of iraqis and dozens of americans died in the battle. Was there any battle in the 2003 war that matched the intensity of Battle for Baghdad?

QUOTE TNI AU Preparing for Fighter Jets Squadron in Eastern Indonesia
05 Peb 2014 16:22:14| News in English | Penulis : Supervisor
Biak, Papua (Antara) - The Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU) will buy fighter jets this year as part of preparations to build a squadron of fighter jets in eastern Indonesia, Air Force Chief Marshal Ida Bagus Putu Dunia stated.
"The TNI AU Headquarters will procure fighter jets this year. It is true they will be particularly stationed in eastern Indonesia," he confirmed here, on Wednesday.
The plan to build a squadron of fighter jets in eastern Indonesia had been incorporated in the TNI AU Headquarters' grand design, he noted.
The preparedness of infrastructure facilities, personnel and state financial support was necessary to realize the plan, he pointed out.
"The TNI Headquarters is still considering when exactly the squadron of fighter jets in eastern Indonesia will be built. To be sure, we will augment the number of fighter jets this year to strengthen the capability of the Air Force soldiers in guarding the air territory of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia," he explained.
Putu Dunia, former chief of the national air defense command for Biak, Papua stated that four units of TNI AU radars had been built in Timika, Merauke and Biak to safeguard the air traffic over the Papua region.
"With the TNI AU radars, we hope we will be able to monitor the movement of any plane flying over Papua and surrounding areas. Right now all air bases and radar units in Papua have been performing their duties according to the tasks of the Indonesian military (TNI) soldiers," he added. (*) source

Su-35 is first on the list of these new jets and Gripen is second. But considering the wide expanse of eastern territory;Su-35 is still the likely choice

But considering the wide expanse of eastern territory;Su-35 is still the likely choice How about this QUOTE Sevilla - Setelah produksi bersama pesawat militer C-295/CN-295, Menhan RI Purnomo Yusgiantoro mengunjungi Airbus Military untuk meninjau produksi pesawat angkut A400 dan petempur Eurofighter.
Source

WTF? The so-called ships from Aussie are destined for MMEA? In time where RMN sorely needed ships to patrol our long coasts, in which many of its assets donated to MMEA no less, MMEA snagged the procurement deal?

They Bay Class is used by the OZ Custom, to it is fit for the MMEA if the Bay Class given to the navy they it must under go further modification to attach different kind of Radar and Weapon system Even the ex KD Marikh class that given to the MMEA by Navy have been stripped, esp the weapon system and radar as non military agency are not allowed to use military grade system
