Yes, its my habit, i always turn off all acc(radio , a/c, all) then i turn off engine. But just now, the radiator fan took longer to turn off,so i decide to shut down engine while the fan still spinning.

If you care for your car you would turn the air conditioner off before shutting the car off. When returning to your car to start it again the compressor for the air conditioner loads the motor of my car more making it work harder to cool it down. Turn off the AC 2 minutes before you reach your destination and don't keep it working until the last second smile.gif

I have been doing this since 14 years ago, with 3 cars. Never encounter any aircond problem.

i'm driving 1st gen vios facelift, last week when i'm travel from penang island to mainland using ferry, my alarm suddenly activate twice on the ferry, any have this problem?

not sure if my car alarm have tilt sensor or motion sensor, it is using cobra alarm that come with the car as stock alarm

all the while the alarm didnt react to lightning strike at all, so it is kind of weird that it suddenly activated on the ferry and shock the people nearby sweat.gif

If you have the budget of RM80k+... i would suggest you try out Fiesta, and 208.

Check out the build quality, and compare with these available Japs car.

Btw, i''m currently driving a Vios J spec.

good things doesn't come cheap.

unless you buy their higher end model like C/D Segment car. The target is difference hence build quality is better.

i'm really regretted this Vios J purchase.

Japanese car parts isn't cheap either + quality have dropped since all made in malaysia, thailand, indo....and some china also.

If talk able korean or europe car they most of the parts (or at least 50/50) still from origin country....
