Or you can decide to do the ROM then continue same day straight take pre wedding. After 1 or 2 months when your album is ready, arrange for actual day(jip san leong). No games, no fancy car decor, no wedding gown, no diamond ring. Maybe a bouquet of flower. Go in brides room kneel down give flower, put on ring then kiss. Then tea ceremony, then hop in the car for lunch buffet reception with both side parents and friends. Then go for vacation.

But before you decide, will need to consult your you know who first.

Cheers........

A+B+C is like bare minimum must have I think

Tea ceremony is giving tea to elders and relatives, traditional families want that

B probably can skip

C - my cousin did that, only families and relatives about 6 tables like that

H - comes in a size and packages, pick moderate one. so what they give 1000 photos? by half day you wont be smiling anymore

personally, I think best is ROM then do a small dinner© then go honeymoon, photos compiles from your honeymoon trip

who photo you when honeymoon? honeymoon is private and just 2 people lei..

Lately, many people say to keep a simple wedding.
How simple is simple wedding?

As i'm chinese, let make a example of chinese Wedding (sorry, not familiar with malay and indian wedding)

A - Tea Ceremony

D - Wedding dinner (relative + Friends)
E - ROM Party (Garden Buffet or reception with light food or cocktail)
F - Buffet
G - Honeymoon
H - Pre-Wedding Photo

Case 1
A + C =
A + B + C =
A+ B + D =
A + E + F =
E + F
Which 1 would you all plan to have?
*

I hope I can have:

1. ROM at Putrajaya

2. Pre wedding photo

3. Pick the bride + tea ceremony (if can I wanna skip this too but I think it's kinda compulsory for chinese as a respect for the elderly)

4. Buffet at restaurant e.g. Passion Road max 50 pax (I really don't fancy big crowd and non intimate event)

5. Honeymoon

PS: can this be consider as simple? hmm.gif

High society la you. 500+ people. rclxub.gif

Some of the pretty well-to-do couples I know, just have a small 5-6 tables dinner at some posh Chinese restaurant for immediately family members only. If I ever get married, that'll do too. How to layan 500+ ppl in one night la. Friends can celebrate on other nights.
