hi, does anyone know where i can find the clean and clear advantage acne cleansing kit? i bought it once last year when i found it at guardian. but then i never found it again. does anybody know how to get them? it works for me and my gf. i really need it

Really emphatize with all acne sufferers.I hv been tru bad acne on face n body.The many failed attempts&$ spent in dispair.It can b such a desperate situation.But u learn frm every experience n understand yr skin&yrself more! I hv tried oxy n a few off the counter products b4 but my skin is quite sensitive so all it did was worsen my acne. But i also tried body shop,clarins etc only subdue acne but acne still continue to pop out. PMS Time..worse!yes,u get low esteem,camera shy,anti social.Like ugly duckling during teens n then ok then again adult acne worse!Imho,bp got diff. Quality. I was so takut bp but i gave proactiv a try invest in whole set&it helped my road to recovery!the bp didnt hv burning efffect..rather soothing.After abt a week can c n feel diff. I also used aromatherapy frm Lb wch helped improve my Pms N improve my skin's health,pore size,scarring etc. Try the recommendatn here 1st it is inexpensive vs wat i used. Does anyone know whether the combination topical of BP and Clindamycin is sold in Malaysia?, Brands like Benzaclin..I'm currently using Benzac 5% BP with Clindamycin 1%...works great for me, only 3 days and I'm already seeing improvements, although there is redness, but i think that is due to me applying twice a day right off the bat.

and sorry if its redundant, couldnt help not reading through 103 pages of this thread, is the neutrogena moisturisers readily available in watson/guardians?

may i know what products can clear acne scars?

I have been strictly following your regime since 15th May and to date, the pimples on my cheeks have drastically reduced to almost none. Previously, every morning I wake up to newly formed pimples concentrating on both my cheeks. However, for the past two weeks, I can gladly announce that there hasn't been any new pimple popping anywhere at all! You're seriously a savior.

Nonetheless, I have some questions I'd like to ask.

(1) Since one month ago, I have stopped applying moisturizer at night after applying panoxyl because I realized that new pimples have less tendency to appear in the morning if I don't apply moisturizer at night (the time of application between the two products varied from half an hour to 2 hours previously) So, is this bad for my skin? Should I re-adapt to applying moisturizer after panoxyl?

(2) Next, I actually used up 1 tube of panoxyl in 2months time>< Is that too crazy too?

Finally, thank you again Jin Yee. I may regain my long lost confidence after following your regime.


PS And for the readers out there, I get my Cetaphil from a pharmacy near home and Panoxyl from Caring (something like watson but not that famous). Seriously, Panoxyl is a rare so stock up everytime you see it on the racks.

hi everyone, i've been following this regimen for over a year. because i thought my forehead was cleared but somehow my cheek was hopeless, i stopped. the acne on my cheek became hardened after applying BP and there are very obvious ugly purple scars. I then tried other stuffs including applying coconut oil because i read it shrinks the acne. but after a while, i know coconut oil is not the solution (u just know it from the skin condition!). I had to go to facials because that's the only way i can get those dirty blood and pus out that causes the bumps on my cheek. it helps to clear my cheek but after that, new acne keep coming out (3-4 each time). at this point of time, I know that the bacteria is spreading around the cheek area and i know i had to come back to BP to kill the bacteria. if it helps to clear the bacteria off my forehead, it sure could help to clear my cheek. this time around, i layered moisturiser on top of dried BP (previously i did not use moisturiser due to forgotten reasons). i use cetaphil lotion. and the result was surprisingly good! my skin was soft and not hardened like last time. and i THINK there's no new acne formed (still a bit early to say, but i will not give any chance for the bacteria to survive by religiously applying BP everyday). i think this regimen really works for most, but the technique is very very important too. i learned that medication + moisturiser give better results than medication alone. i think those who gave up on this regimen due to their personal reasons (except for allergy) should find out what's wrong with their techniques before giving up..and also, from my personal experience, never use any sort of makeup especially foundation and concealer on acne prone area until your skin is really free from acne if u want to see real results. good luck!

I saw neutrogena on the spot sold at International Plaza, Singapore(near to tanjong pagar MRT) n panoxyl 2.5% also sold there as well....

before this i used t3 mycin, my pimples gone after 2nd bottle. but then, it getting imun and no longer effective.

last 2 month, my pimples getting worse. lots of small pimples especially on my forehead, but it think it's because of i didn't wash my face after, so tired and sometimes fall asleep with make up still on my face.

i do some research, then i know about cetaphil. before this i used AMWAY product. (after they change the packaging, i feel that it doesnt suit me anymore, like they change the ingredient too)

i used cetaphil for 2 weeks, my skin getting tight and itchy. the results, more pimples and more scars. huhu

after that i used sebamed. i only bought trial package. i feel comfortable with it, but it doesnt clear my pimples. i still kept cetaphil. should i change to it?

my blog readers keep asking me about t3 mycin, so as i want to help myself, i want to help them too.

Hi Jinyee.. My dermatologist suggested me to use the T3 mycin solution with the Differin Adapalene. is it a good combination for my acne problems? u said so that its not a great product.. do u have an idea that i could use in combination with the Differin aside from T3?..im 20 y.o and i have bangs.. i have pimples in the cheek areas. hope u could help me..^^

anyway, saw a commercial for L'oreal Men Expert Pure & Matte Anti-Mark. advertising about "melanin-vanish" moisturizer and roller stick/tube to remove scaring.

seems to be a new product only launched in asian markets (hk/taiwan/sg/malaysia). maybe jinyee can do research and see if its even remotely "workable" as scar remover.

i am using loreal facial wase, matte one...and...now here i am, asking for help...

gals and guys, i got a really terrible acne on my face...the pus does not come out, when it burst, it came out blood instead...
