Why are my pimples growing at my mouth jaw area? Can anyone tell me what cause these pimples to grow there?
Pimples at the other parts of my face have been cured. Left the mouth jaw area.
And also, there are little red red dots growing at my body. Only the front part, back part very very very little. Why are there red dots there? I suspect those are little pimples too. Any ways to prevent them to continue growing and cure them?
Not sure why, could be hormonal. But this might help:
1. Clean pillow case / bed spread. Change it once a week or 2 maybe. I know I constantly have acne at the area where my face (my jawline) usually touch the pillow. Or like maybe saliva on the pillow case. So just make sure its clean.
2. Avoid touching your face, make it, dont never touch your face. Dont rest your chin on your palm or anything of that sort. Or scratching etc.
3. Do your face routine before you go to bed. After moisturize wait like 3 mins for the stuff sit, then its safe to go to bed.
4. Sleep early / avoid stressful situations / drink lotsa lotsa water. Common practices that are important as well.
5. Maybe apply a tad more B.Peroxide to that area. Do your whole face once, let it dry for a bit, then do once more in your mouth area and massage it in. Then do Moisturizer whole face.

I love this product: Neutrogena oil-free moisture for combination skin. It does not leave any sticky residue on your face while controling shineness of your face. Highly recommended. However, for the cetaphil, I think my skin is too oily and needs more "powerful" cleansers. Haha.
The point of using Cetaphil(and this regimen) is for the skin to repair itself in time.
Mild is the key point. This is achieve with Cetaphil (mild cleanser), B.Peroxide
(2.5% not 5 or 10), Oil-free/frangrance-free moisturizer(no irritants to further "provoke" your skin).
If you cant clear your skin with Cetaphil, you're prolly doing it wrongly.
Way to cleanse your face:
1. Wet hands, apply good amount of cleanser
2. Work into your face. meaning MASSAGE IT IN slowly for a good 1-2 mins. No, do not rub it in furiously or anything stupid. Another tip is to massage in an upward motion (against gravity, sorta anti-aging i guess).
3. Rinse gently.
