u heard / tried before ?

Yes, heard of this and tried too....what the hair dryer does is make the dented area more easy to push out but you still need to push from the back right? Also you will need a high powered hair dryer like those saloon one if only those house use small one you need 2 of them. It just makes it easier to push out. You can try, no harm.

Read ploperly, ayam seying if you take off the side bar, the bolt will fall INSIDE the chassis frame, it's a good chance Plotong give you anor excuse that your side bar installation causes the rattling sound ok sleep.gif Congratulations, you just stuck yourself into something really bad. Please go to the shop you installed the side bar, get them take the fuckin bars out together with the bolt WITHOUT cutting your chassis. Please record video also when they take it off, so I can learn a thing or 2 on HOW TO REMOVE AN OVERSIZE BOLT FROM A SMALL HOLE. icon_idea.gif

It's the heat from the hair dryer important. More heat better can soften up the bumper more. My wife one can melt plastic if on full heat and full speed. I melted my wiper cover before with that....T_T

just want to reassure, is it because of how the bolts are inserted into the chasis like the above video @ 8mins ?
I know not the same car and bar design but roughly its because of the way the bolt is inserted into the chasis and the hole stock diameter makes it not rekomended to remove after install ?

Can take out, just need to be extra careful and patient. Also due to the nut is bolted in the bar screw hole which is deep once you loosen the nut the bolt will turn together making it hard to remove the bolt. The same with the UR "rear ARB" for gaga which I have previously and when I took it out the bolt and nut was very hard to take out end up I broke 1 of the screw off to take it out. With impact wrench and welding.
