one quick question here, i sent my gf's sv for 10k service last weeknd, and the sc billed us total of RM227.

Seem like they overcharge us as i check with the service schedule, spark plug only required to be change every 20k. windscreen washer and petrol treatment already >rm30.
Any comments?
Spark plug no need change

lateral G = G-Force you experience while you are turning/cornering. I saw the UR video by Federation D and it's really pointless because there's no other information provided other than the G readings. Like speed during the slalom and there's no start time and end time during the slalom....Lateral G actually gets affected by body roll also. My previous experience with my RSM G sensor. If your car rolls a lot the G readings will be higher because of body roll and if there's less body roll the readings will be lower (but you can enter a corner at higher speed because your car rolls less and gain higher Gs) G force is created due to mechanical working and it is in actual a form of weight....that's why you feel heavy (stick to your seat) when you launch a car from stand still....or thrown to 1 side when you corner very hard....
The video don't proved anything and it's not clear at all so it should not be taken as an absolute result. They should have record the speed of the car before and during the slalom and the time it took to complete the slalom. Then do the same with the after. Couple that to the G readings.....
