My frn self employed with own business between rm3.5k to rm5k income will go into his bank. Not yet deduct car loan and buy stock. Will The tax charge the total income?
Or 3.5k to rm5k - rm500(myvi) - rm1k(stocks) = rm2k to rm3.5k chargable tax? |

OK. Need help here. I got letter from LHDN stating I need to pay excess tax for my YA 2012 assessment (submitted last year). I think they deducy my whole KWSP amount.
So how do I appeal? Or did I input the form wrong last time? p/s: Pictures to come if needed. |

I have made the same mistake as this person did:
https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1342639/all Basically just filled in the tax relief into the wrong column. I called the officer and planned to visit them soon. I noticed that I need to prepare a letter explaining the error made... in Malay... Does anyone here experience the same thing before and can share the letter with me? |

Hi there, I have registered my Enterprise company last April. I would like to submit my taxes. However, should I submit my taxes from last April till last December or from last April till end of March 2014, which is 1 year in total?

bayaran lebihan cukai tak masuk akaun. sudah call lhdn cheras, officer tu maklum telah dikredit kan pada 1/4/2014. ada sapa2 kena kes macam saya ni ? apa nak buat. dah call lhdn hq semua line busy

I want to declair my income tax (purpose is to borrow mortgage loan)
Im sole proprietor and my business running from last year.. what should i do huh? I do keep all the business expenses receipt and all transaction.. Any accountant pls pm me?? |
