Guys, hope someone could shed some light. Do I need to fill in the "Pendapatan tahun kebelakang yang belum dilaporkan" as I have arrears payment on my EA, its a non fix standby allowance.
Can I just leave it blank, PCB and KWSP is deducted from that amount. Cheers This post has been edited by ShadowR1: Mar 6 2014, 04:52 PM |

QUOTE(zeese @ Mar 6 2014, 05:50 PM) LHDN can see there's extra PCB debited from your incometax account, but it's not shown in your e-filing (because you choose not to declare the arrears income & arrears PCB paid). So, there's a mismatch there between what LHDN see vs what you've file in e-filing. I might not get you there, I think most will have extra PCB debited after all the deduction and relieve. If you happen to get audited, definitely they'll ask you to come to LHDN, either to punish you, or to ask you to fix your income tax filing .. |

QUOTE(zeese @ Mar 7 2014, 10:45 AM) They can see there's extra PCB debited, but they cannot see how much is your arrears income. So, LHDN can't calculate or make sure that that extra PCB is either overpaid or underpaid.. Ok, noted. Thanks for your inpit. In other words, if you don't declare the "Pendapatan tahun kebelakang", it's like you tell LHDN.. "Okay, I paid my extra PCB already, but I won't tell you how much extra/arrears income I actually get. Just trust me that the PCB I paid is correct, and not underpaid". |

QUOTE(flyingteeku @ Apr 9 2014, 11:51 AM) now i am started to feel uneasy as i have not received. My mum who has submitted on 23rd March has received her return while i submitted on 19th March still have not receive anything. I've got mine today, am surprise that I got it this soon as mine involve arrears payment for year 2012. Funny thing is the return is RM236.37 more than what is suppose to return stated in the (Pengesahan penerimaan e-BE)Is there any discrepancies in my claim resulting in the delay? |

QUOTE(KOHTT @ Apr 9 2014, 03:47 PM) I recalled you are the one who claimed for refund of more than 5K++. Yes ... I file my tax on the 19th march so was it fast or not ... Im not so sure as some got it in 14 day. The sum of 5k is because of over deduction (pcb) on the arrears payment for year 2012.So fast already get back money and they didn't even call for tax audit before refund such a big amount to you? To my knowledge, refund is one thing and call up for audit is another, IRB could refund you and could call u up for audit a few month later. A friend kena before, refunded and 3 month later got a love letter from IRB. |

QUOTE(Neeweimommy @ Jul 3 2014, 12:33 AM) Sorry a bit off topic..today my company received a letter from lhdn to ask the company to make extra deduction on 1 of the staff..without reason given and only start when and how much... I think they did ask ... just that the person din pay so now they ask the company to deduct. Lucky they din ask to deduct lump sum.Does the company have to comply the rules? Why so mah fan and not ask the person itself to pay??? Extra work for me... |

Guys, what is the difference between borang JA and borang J ?
I receive a borang JA for year 2011 and a borang J for year 2012. The thing is, borang J 2012 taxable amount is different from the online calculation during my submission. Shall I just let it be or have to pay LHDN a visit. Thanks. |
