Gwanghwamun + Cheongye stream could be included.

Gwanghwamun should be along the way to Gyeongbokgung, while Cheongye stream actually, could be visited even in Day 1 hehehe....especially night.

Bukchon Hanok would be considered, because it's not far at all...

National Museum, good thing on Wednesday is that it will only close at 9 pm.

Thanks for the suggestion smile.gif

Ah, do you mean that the correct sequence is......

Hoehyeon station ----> Namsan tower -------> then the rest? smile.gif

Dear all travellers,

Anyone travel to Korea for a winter skiing trip? I'll be there on early december for a 9 days trip covering Jeju 3D & Seoul 6D. Do u think it's ok for me to cut my seoul trip to 3days then spend another 3 days in Jisan for a skiing trip? Will it be very rush?

Regards

ahhh.. icic.. how many person traveling? if you ask me, i will prefer pocket wifi cause i will use more data compare to calls or sms  tongue.gif plus i don't like changing my sim card in case there is emergency, people can't get to contact me.

pocket wifi can have simultaneous devices and it's cheaper with unlimited data, while sim card only for 1 device and for voice n sms only. if you need data, you need to top up data. unless you opt for data prepaid. but sim card data not cheap..

in the end also is up to personal preferences smile.gif

I accompany my gf to korea actually because she having some product training over there. haha, alright thanks for the suggestion I will go for pocket wifi then. Thanks! biggrin.gif

I will be in Korea for skiing. Early Dec, snow is usually manmade. You don't need three days in Jisan. Jisan can be done with day trip as it is about 40 mins away from Seoul. You can designate one day for skiing. Not rush at all.

Thank you so much for the reply!

After much consideration and discussion with my wife, we're thinking to go for a 1 day trip offered by this agency http://www.seoulcitytour.net/English/eng_menu_02_06.html

It's 125,000 won perpax for a day trip to YongPyong Ski Resort. Is it worth it?

KTX from Seoul-Busan costs only around 48,000won one way. thats like RM150.
u can also opt for Mugunghwa train, equally comfortable seats like KTX but takes 5 hours to reach.
i tried both. enjoyed the rides!

I am leaning towards standard class as I afraid I may get a single seat, which means I may not be able to sit beside people and talk hmm.gif

I guess I will book standard class...
