Went to SEH again around 5pm. Welcome centre quite quiet. Got 2-3 famlies were there to see see. Didn't get chance to walk up to the top of the parc. Next time will try to be there early morning and try to enjoy the fresh air there

doesn't matter much for me as i'm planning to stay there for a year and see how it goes from there.I heard some people saying Aeon is coming to semenyih,is that true?

i think setia will be pulling the same old trick which is saying 600k but launch with 650k+ price tag

From my sources, didnt find jusco/aeon going to open any outlet in semenyih for their expansion program till 2017.

Based on what I hear from the SA, it will be from rm680k. Price could be even higher or lower depends on market sentiment.
