The pricing in tropicana heights is to compete with kajang 2, nadayu 92, ttdi clove. All above rm700k region.
I have surveyed those area before plonking money onto semenyih as I believe it is better with a clean sheet of plan. Ecohills access and their landscaping wins hand down. Those kajang sites had bad access. Not fancy driving thru industrial or old taman. I did check out jade hills but air pollution and staying near industrial area is a big no no for me. Just my opinion and no hard feelings towards those who vested interest in those areas. Cheers. |

Sales agent will tell buyers bcos prop in kajang/semenyih had increase and taking trop heights as example, follow market rate... |

Nowadays not easy to get cheap and good landed. The choices are getting less and less. Thus have to be choosy on what price do u wanna sell. Have to pay rpgt sumore. Later gst kicks in, have to consider to increase again. Kesian sama buyers. But then again, when u sell, u will also become a buyer when u move on to ur next acquisition. It is a cycle.

Riding on near by township Seri Putra and Bukit Mahkota, surrounded by coming MahSing SouthVille, IOI Bandar Puteri and UEM Serene Heights.. A small road behind possible linking to EcoHill passing by Serene Heights (UEM).. But of course, Transloyal brand doesnt smell as fragrant as SPS..
