Thank you, what will be the length of rod for the 10-20lbs rod? With this specs I have, next will be what brand should I look for? I need some reliable quality and most of all the lines won't get jammed with poor reels....Advice is appreciated.

The length can varies between 5'6" to 7' whichever suits you. If you plan on boat fishing later, don't get the longest one. 6' and below is OK. As for rods there are different construction such as 1 piece (one piece rod), 2 piece (middle joint or butt joint) and so on. 1 piece will provide good rod strength due to one piece construction but it is not convenient to carry. 2 pieces seem to be more practical to use.
There are many brand out there. Me personally prefer to use Shimano reels for their proven durability. Never had any problem with any reels I owned. There are many models within any budget range. Try to find the one without anti reverse switch because this is usually the point where water can easily get inside. And just remember no matter how expensive your reel is, it will rust and degrade if there are no proper maintenance done especially after each salt water trip. Learn to take good care of your fishing gears and they will take care of you. Btw line got jammed? I think it is more to spool got jammed. Usually water got inside the reel and wear down the grease. Rust bearing and bent shaft also can caused this.
As for rods, I don't have any special brand in mind. As long as it serve its purpose and feels good in hand then it should be fine.
Happy hunting!!
